We enjoyed 3 days at the New York Marriott – Brooklyn bridge providing basic Audio Visual supoort for a Pharmaceutical conference. The setup including a divisible general session room as well as audio/video support for five additional breakout rooms.
We were able to keep it simple and under budget by using our FlexPack systems paired with our flexible fiber solutions to seamlessly combine and separate the main room instantly. Video routing, audio feeds, and lighting control were all controlled centrally enabling such a fast switch over (faster than hotel staff could close and open the divisible wall).
We also were able to incorporate our confidence monitors that each head integrated speaker timers with messaging capabilities, which came in handy more than once!
