We were tasked with providing audio, video, and live-streaming support for an anniversary event marking one year since Hamas-led militant groups launched a surprise attack on Israel.
Circumstances being what they were, this job require a very fast load in and setup time, as we were only granted access to the temple at 8am with a target doors opening prior to noon. In this window, we needed to load in and setup 2 projection systems, multiple TVs around the venue, complete audio system, and 3 camera live-streaming system. The client, admittedly, was a little nervous leading up to the big day.
We were setup and well ready to go by about 11am. Show ready!
Video Streaming
Our core service offering for this event was live-streaming via three Canon PTZ cameras. This included the use of background graphics and various palettes of multi-windowed looks to accommodate video playback, live camera feeds, and American Sign Language (ASL).
Audio Reinforcement
We also provide speakers, microphones and digital snakes and mixer to reinforce audio for the local audience while providing an isolated mix for the recording/livestream. This included podium microphones, shotgun microphones for children’s choir, and instrument mics/DI boxes.
Redundant Internet and Production Network
Out of an abundance of caution due to the expected viewership, a redundant network for the stream was require for this job. For this, used our 5G routers with bonding capabilities to use in conjunction with the temple’s wired network connection. Secondary streams and backup encoders were also used as part of the project
