We were honored to produce a joint field hearing between the United States Department of Labor and the Consumer Financial Production Bureau just outside of Lansing, Michigan. The hearing was to discuss an hear public comment regarding workplace monitoring systems

We provided the technology to service the in person audience, remote participants via Microsoft Teams as well as the general public watching the livestream via YouTube. To do this, we use 4 matching Canon CR-N500 PTZ cameras with joystick controller, Blackmagic switcher and encoders, gooseneck microphones with digital mixing, displays for panelists, and soft lighting via our flexible moonlights.
One of our favorite aspects about the setup was our ability to control graphics, lighting, audio and other elements centrally via a custom programmed control panel which enabled our techs to accomplish complex tasks reliably and easily via simplified macros. Moreover, our multi-strand fiber optic cabling allow many signals to be transmitted throughout the room over a single fiber trunk.
